Question: Why are my products saying “Out of Stock”?    

Answer: If you have listed your product as a variable product you will have to add attributes, prices, and sizing for each attribute. This also allows the customer to see a drop down of the options you are offering. Watch this video on How to Add Variable/Variations to Products. 

 

Question: How do I add shipping to a product? 

Answer: You can add your own shipping prices by following along with this video: How to Add Shipping to a Product.

 

Question: Is there a mobile app to manage my vendor dashboard? 

Answer: Currently we do not have an app but we recommend bookmarking the website and adding it to the home screen of your phone for easier access.
